1. What we collect

To run the service we collect: your name, business name, and email address; your chosen trade lane or lanes; and subscription and billing status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.

We also log basic delivery information (for example, whether digest emails bounce) so we can keep the feed working.

2. How we use it

We use your information to deliver the daily digest, manage your subscription and trial, provide support, and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. What we do not collect

The lead data itself comes from public NYC Open Data records. We do not collect or sell owner contact information as part of the service.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI-assisted lead summaries; only public permit data is processed, never your personal information). All service providers are expected to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep account records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and tax records. You can ask us to update or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Canceling your subscription stops future digests.
