Terms of Service

1. The service

Precon Wire is a subscription service operated by Altshuler Family Holdings, LLC. Each weekday morning, subscribers receive an email digest of recently published New York City construction permit records in their chosen trade lane or lanes, plus access to a subscriber portal showing the daily feed. Each lead includes a plain-English summary and a suggested outreach opener generated with AI assistance.

2. Plans and billing

Single trade lane: $99 per month or $990 per year. All eight lanes: $249 per month or $2,490 per year. Billing is handled by Stripe; charges appear as AFH * PRECON WIRE on your card statement.

Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup, $0 is due today, and the first charge occurs 14 days after signup. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until canceled. To cancel, email hello@preconwire.com anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. All sales are final. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@preconwire.com and we will review it.

3. What the data is and is not

Leads are built from public NYC Open Data permit records. The city provides no accuracy warranty for these records, and records can be corrected after publication. Reported job costs are administrative estimates from the filings, not confirmed contract values. Permits often name the contractor already on the job; availability of work is not guaranteed for any lead. Owner phone and email are not included; contact enrichment is not part of the service.

4. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for your business's internal use. Do not resell, republish, or redistribute the feed. Do not use leads in ways that violate applicable law, including telemarketing and anti-spam rules. You are responsible for your own outreach.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. One subscription covers one business. Additional seats ($49/mo per seat) allow additional team members within the same business to access the portal and digest with their own logins. All users must be employees or contractors of the subscribing business. Sharing access, credentials, or digest content with anyone outside your business, or reselling access, is prohibited.

6. Changes and termination

We may change plans, prices, or these terms with notice; price changes apply at your next renewal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or nonpayment.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that leads will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altshuler Family Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
